Since 1998, the S\u00e3o Miguel Agricultural Association Restaurant has been a benchmark in Azorean gastronomy. With modern facilities, it maintains the essence of proximity and authenticity that has won over generations.

Here, we value regional products, from the excellent meat to the diversity of cheeses, sausages and jams. The atmosphere is relaxed, but the service is always professional and dedicated.

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe S\u00e3o Miguel Agricultural Association Restaurant was born simply, as a small canteen created to serve the Association's members. The space, initially dedicated to snacks and drinks, soon began to welcome family and friends, and in 1998 it became a real restaurant open to the public.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

That was the same year that the iconic Bife da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o (Association Steak) appeared, a dish that has become a symbol of Micaelense gastronomy and a must for anyone visiting the island. Prepared with prime meat from the Azores, this dish helped project the restaurant beyond the island, consolidating its reputation.<\/p>

In 2014, the restaurant moved to larger, more modern premises, capable of accommodating the growing number of customers and events, without ever losing the essence of proximity and genuineness. Since then, it has also become a venue for weddings, parties and catering services, offering gastronomic experiences in different contexts.<\/p>

The restaurant also stands out for its commitment to its own products, such as Queijo da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o and Cerveja Artesanal, which reinforce the local identity and the commitment to valuing regional production.<\/p>
